Velocity AI: Success Fee Terms of Service

1. The Performance Alignment Model

Velocity AI operates on a "Success First" basis. We believe that professional-grade trading tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical background or income level. Our revenue model is designed to align our success directly with yours.

2. Calculation of the Success Fee

A "Success Fee" of 1% is applied exclusively to realized profits generated by the Velocity AI trading machine.

  • Profitable Trades Only: The fee is only calculated on trades that close at a higher value than the entry price (net of exchange trading fees).
  • No Profit, No Fee: If a trade does not result in a profit, or results in a loss, no Success Fee is charged.
  • Net Profit: The fee is calculated on the net profit of each individual successful trade.

3. High-Water Mark Policy

To ensure fairness, Velocity AI employs a modified High-Water Mark approach. We do not charge fees on "recovery" profits. If your portfolio experiences a drawdown, the machine must return the portfolio to its previous peak value before Success Fees resume on new profits.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Automated Deduction: Where technically supported by the connected exchange/wallet, the 1% Success Fee may be automatically deducted at the time of trade closure.
  • Invoicing: In environments where automated deduction is not possible, users will be invoiced weekly for the accrued Success Fees. Access to the dashboard and machine execution may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid for more than 48 hours.
  • Currency: Fees are typically denominated in the base asset of the trade (e.g., USDT, USDC, or ETH) or the account's primary currency.

5. Zero Upfront Costs

  • No Subscription Fees: There are no monthly or yearly subscription costs to use the Velocity Engine or the Freedom Machine.
  • No Setup Fees: Access to the platform and terminal initialization is free of charge upon email verification and entry of a Secure Access Key.

6. Transparency

Users can view a detailed breakdown of all Success Fees charged or accrued directly within their Velocity AI Dashboard under the "Billing & Alignment" tab.

By initializing your Velocity AI machine, you agree to these terms and the 1% performance-based alignment.
